We primarily service two groups:

  • The real estate industry — from the executive to the agent.
  • The consumer who can afford the lifestyle and properties we help promote.

Our strategy:

  • Direct Mail: Our VIP mailing list is updated regularly and exclusive to Metropolitan Magazine. It’s comprised of current and prospective sellers, high net worth professionals, celebrities and targeted white glove buildings throughout New York and in select markets across the country. We don’t do “building drops”, so the publication is sure to end up in the right hands.  This is primarily done to engage buyers and serve as a listing tool.
  • Physical Distribution: Top real estate and PR agencies, luxury hotels, exclusive salons, private aviation and transportation services, and high-end medical practices are among those who receive Metropolitan Magazine. An agent should use their personal delivery as both a listing tool and a showpiece to keep their clients happy.  A brand will enjoy the unique exposure that comes with a multi-brand listing magazine — agents everywhere will see what you’re up to, as well as PR professionals and of course potential buyers and sellers.
    Additionally, international exposure is a major focus of ours as we continue to develop distribution partnerships overseas and find new ways to market around the world.
